Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and data-savvy Programmatic Ad Operations Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, management, and optimization of programmatic ad campaigns. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' campaigns run smoothly and achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup

  • Implement and launch programmatic ad campaigns across multiple platforms and DSPs.
  • Ensure proper tagging and tracking for all campaigns.

Ad Trafficking

  • Manage ad trafficking processes, including the creation and testing of ad tags.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad serving and delivery.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring campaigns are meeting goals.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to the team and clients.

Optimization

  • Optimize campaigns through data analysis, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bids to maximize performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the best-performing strategies.

Reporting

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the account management, creative, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign progress.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to maintain high campaign performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience

1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or a related field. Proven experience in managing and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using DSPs (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk) and ad servers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms, tag management systems, and tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus.
